Site Feed Back
Wix also has a cool feature that allow you, the client, to view and leave comments on the website during the build and design phase. Sort of like little sticky notes. You can pin comments to specific sections. For example, requesting a color or layout adjustment.
Intentional Layout
I will design a website for you with an intentional layout choice so your content is easy to understand and your brand makes a strong, first impression. This includes designing the header, footer, menu, page layouts, and key sections such as a hero banner with a clear call-to-action button. I can design your website either from scratch, or use a template, possibly one that i already have, if you like any of them. You'll find them in my portfolio.
Optimizing Images
I will optimize and improve your images directly in Wix to ensure they load efficiently, display clearly across devices, and support SEO and accessibility. This includes improving image quality and consistency, adding descriptive alt text, and ensuring visuals enhance the overall layout rather than distract from it. The result is a website that looks polished, loads faster, and communicates your brand effectively.
Optimizing For Mobile
I will make sure your website is optimized for mobile. This includes designing your home page, adding a mobile-friendly menu, checking every page, adding features such as a chat and scroll to top button, and making sure calls to action are clear and easy to use so your site performs effectively on both desktop and mobile.
How Site Feed Back is Handled
I will respond to and/or resolve each comment, and you will be notified by email once updates are completed. How it works is every Wix website has a unique link, and I will send you an invitation with instructions on how to leave comments on the site. The link is valid for two weeks. The pages are also protected with a password or set to members only.

You begin by getting out in touch by filling out the form and I get back to you as soon as I can. You can also reach out through the chat function. I will determine whether I am able to take on your project. If it's a good fit, we can schedule a free 30 minute video call where i take the time to understand your goals, preferences, and expectations for the website.
Proposal & Contract
If we both agree to move forward, I send over a project proposal. If you accept my proposal and want to move forward, you let me know and I send over the contract. Once the contract is signed and 50% of the project fee is paid, I begin designing your website in the Wix Editor. The first half of the project fee is non-refundable. I do offer a payment plan of either 4, 5 or 6 installments if you need it.
Design Fees vs. Wix Fees
My fees cover the website build and design phase. Domain registration, hosting, premium plans, and a professional email are not included in my prices, as they are billed directly by Wix. You would have to pay Wix directly for these.

Project Build & Design
Your Vision
Before I start designing your website, you will tell me what your vision is and we will come up with a plan for the website together.​
Design Phase
Once a plan is in place for how your website will function and look, what pages, apps and integrations it will have, I begin to create & design your website's layout in the Wix Editor. You or someone you choose will be involved throughout the whole project and will be invited to comment on the design.
Revisions
You will be allowed unlimited revisions on the website design during the design phase, provided the revisions relate to refining the agreed upon design rather than adding new features. This is to ensure that you are fully happy with your new website.

Once you approve the final design, the remaining 50% of the project fee is due.
Website
Handover
After payment, you create a free Wix account, if you haven't already, and I transfer the website to your account. You will then be able to publish your website and go live. Please allow up to 24 hours for the transfer.
Training Videos
I will provide you with website training videos and one month of post-launch support to help you manage your new site confidently. If questions arise, you are welcome to reach out and i will assist where possible.
Estimated Project Time Line
The estimated project time line depends on how fast your respond to my requests at revisions which in turn will determine how fast the project is completed, and also on how many pages you want and the difficulty of the website. A professional or personal website is typically completed in 1-3 months, while an large e-commerce site is often completed anywhere between 4 months to one year. It all depends on how many products you have, the difficulty, and how time consuming the project is.
